基于CAN的无触点车灯开关控制系统研究与实现

摘    要:应用CAN和霍尔元件设计了无触点式车灯组合开关控制系统。与传统的接触式开关系统相比,基于霍尔元件的无触点开关具有速度快、无机械磨损、无瞬问抖动、安全可靠以及寿命长等优点;与传统的开关控制系统相比,基于CAN的数字化开关控制系统具有节约安装成本、易于维护、可靠性高以及稳定性好的特点。通过搭建系统的硬件平台和设计车灯组合开关控制系统的控制软件,并进行实验,实验结果表明,提出的设计及实现方法是可行的。

Research and Realization of Contactless Switch System in Car Light Control Based on CAN Bus

Abstract:This paper is about a car light control system of contactless electronic combination switch designed by applying CAN bus and hall elements. Compared with traditional contact combination switch, contactless combination switch based on hall elements has many advantages, such as high speed, no mechanical wear, no instant jitter, good safety and reliability, long life. Compared with traditional switch control system, digital switch control system based on CAN bus has many good characteristic, such as less installation costs, easy maintenance, high reliability, good stability. By building hardware platform of system and designing control software of car light combination switch control system, many experiments had been done and it turned out that the proposed design and realization method is feasible .
