System and Political Environment for the Development of China Classification Society

As a quasi government organization, China Classification Society takes important status and role in the period in which China is transforming from plan economy into market economy. She has been facing, in the course of her development, various difficulties and challenges coming from such aspects as system reform, legal system constitution, risk responsibilities, competition and internationalization progress, honesty and credit concept. She should establish a limited responsibility of risk structure system, perfect her management system, operation mechanism and work mode, adjust business structure in due time, reform management mode, and implement the strategy of fair-sized management.
