摘    要:在预制混凝土板中采用可拆卸螺栓连接是缩短施工时间、优化施工工艺的方法之一。提出一种新的螺栓连接件形式,利用ABAQUS有限元软件对连接件推出试验进行了精细化的有限元模拟,并分析了不同参数下的荷载-滑移曲线和破坏行为。提出的精细化有限元数值模拟方法能够较为准确地再现高强螺栓抗剪连接件推出试验的受力性能和破坏模式。通过有限元模拟可知,在预紧力和螺杆直径满足抗剪要求的前提下,螺栓连接件推出试验的荷载-滑移曲线受螺栓预紧力大小、混凝土板预留孔径大小的影响较大,而基本不受螺栓螺杆直径的影响。

Abstract:Using detachable bolt connector in prefabricated composite steel-concrete beams is one of the methods to shorten construction time and to optimize construction technology.In this paper,a new type of high-strength bolt is presented,and the finite element simulation of the push-out test is carried out using finite element software ABAQUS.The load-slip curve and failure behavior under different parameters are analyzed.The refined numerical simulation method proposed in this paper can accurately reproduce the mechanical properties and failure modes of the push-out test with the high-strength bolt shear connectors.Through the way of finite element simulation,it can be seen that,under the premise that the pretension force and bolt diameter meet the requirements of shear resistance,the load-slip curve of the push-out test with the bolt connectors is greatly affected by the pre-tightening force of high-strength bolts and the reserved aperture of concrete slabs,while it is basically not affected by the diameter of high-strength bolts.
