单塔空间索自锚式悬索天桥设计与施工控制

摘    要:桐柏停车区天桥采用(18+38+66+18)m四跨单塔自锚式悬索桥方案。桥塔为钢筋混凝土拱形,加劲梁采用钢筋混凝土肋板式结构,主缆采用预制平行丝股,吊索采用空间布置,鞍座采用铸焊结构。采用MIDAS Civil程序建立有限元模型,进行成桥结构分析,结果表明该桥结构刚度满足规范要求。该桥采用先梁后缆法施工,采用倒拆法进行施工计算,在施工过程模拟计算后得到吊索下料长度。吊索分5次张拉到位完成结构体系转换,以吊索无应力长度为控制指标,控制吊索张拉力和加劲梁变形。监控结果表明,该桥成桥线形较好,主缆和吊索受力均匀。

Abstract:The Tongbai Parking Area Overpass is a 4-span self-anchored suspension bridge with a single tower and with span arrangement(18+38+66+18) m.The tower of the bridge is the reinforced concrete(RC) arch shape tower and the stiffening girder is the RC ribbed slab structure.The main cables are made up of prefabricated parallel wire strands,the suspenders are arranged in a spatial way and the cable saddles are the cast and welded structures.The program MIDAS Civil was used to set up the finite element model and to...
