| Abstract: | The actual application at Zabaikalsk railway station in Russian of the TDJ retarders wagon speed control system was introduced detailed. We analyzed security from speed regulating system and retarder device, and we proposed security measures. This suggestion is very safe for retarder using in Russia. |
