| Abstract: | To speed up the development and opening of Binhai New Area inTianjin has been brought into the national"the Eleventh Five Year"Plan.Owing to its special functional orientation and par- ticular traffic characteristics,the area is known from the old city areas.The article sums up and in- troduces the design idea of the roads in Binhai New Area of Tianjin City. |
