摘    要:阐明全员生产维护(total productive maintenance,TPM)和以可靠性为中心的维护(reliability centered maintermnce,RCM)是设备维修中广泛采用的两种方法,两者首次结合起来运用到南京地铁设备的维修中,介绍近两年来该方法相关成果在南京地铁运营公司推行的情况。应用模糊层次综合评价法,建立南京地铁TPM&RCM实施效果的评价体系,包括自主维修、维修规程的优化、重点惯性故障管理和点巡检4大方面13个指标,并就实施的效果进行评价,评价结果可为地铁设备维修、管理活动的决策提供依据。

Abstract:Maintenance of urban rail transit equipment is crucial for safe traffic operation and advanced maintenance and management systems have attracted people's attention.
