基于产业集群的中小企业工业设计创新模式研究

通过对中小企业工业设计创新的现状进行调查研究,总结出中小型企业工业设计创新存在的问题,结合我国各中心城市经济、文化、教育等发展的不同,提出政府主导下的产学研和政府引导下的市场驱动2种工业设计创新模式,旨在为政府制订工业设计产业政策,提高中小型企业核心竞争力提供借鉴和思考。

Research on Innovation Pattern of Industrial Design for Small and Medium Enterprises Based on Industry Cluster

The problems existed in the innovation pattern of industrial design for small and medium entel＇prises （SMES） were summarized by surveying and researching the status of the innovation of industrial design for SMES. According to the differences of our core cities＇ economies, culture, education and so on, the two patterns were proposed as follows： the model of government, production, teaching and research under the government leading and market-driven innovation under the government guiding. It provides a reference and reflection for the government to develop industrial policy and improve core competence of SMES.
