| 摘 要： | 由于对民用港码头资源进行勘查所获得的数据量大，获得的信息模糊性因素多，采用模糊聚类分析方法对战区内码头资源进行分类分析：首先构建了民港码头军事利用价值二级评估指标体系，确定了指标权重，然后利用编网法对模糊相似矩阵进行聚类处理，最后通过实例应用验证该方法的可行性。利用此方法可及时对各个码头的军事利用价值进行分析，能为战时有的放矢的动员、征用一定数量的民用港码头提供决策依据。
