| 摘 要： | 对城乡居民收入差距的经验研究结果表明,我国转型期的城乡居民收入差距大体呈上升趋势,且达到了一个较高水平。本文从经济体制改革和经济发展两个角度解释这种现象,认为城乡经济的二元经济结构是转型期我国城乡居民收入差距的主要原因,转型过程中不合理的制度和政策加大了差距。文章从经济发展战略、制度安排和政策调整方面提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | The empirical study on the income gap of urban-rural individuals shows that the tendency of the gap expands and reaches a high level.These phenomenons can be explained by the factors including dual economy,reform and policies.The research indicates that the dual economic structure is a decisive factor of the gap while the unreasonable institutional arrangement and polices aggravate the gap.Moreover,some measures to abridge the gap are put forward. |
