耦合微波介质同轴谐振器的带通滤波器设计

摘    要:由1/4波长介质同轴谐振器作为分布参数元件,用集总参数的贴片电容耦合,构成带通滤波器。根据所设计的滤波器技术指标,确定滤波器的类型,级数,结构。然后将其中的并联谐振结构替换为采用高介电常数的介质同轴谐振器。通过仿真验证,最后制作出符合要求的带通滤波器。

Abstract:A bandpass filter is constructed by nsing the 1/4 microwave length dielectric coaxial resonators as the distributed parameter elements which are coupled by the capacitors as lumped elements. According to the technical parameters, the type, order and structure of the filter are determined. Then the parallel resonant structure is replaced by the dielectric coaxial resonator with high et. By means of simulation, the desired bandpass filter is achieved.
