| 摘 要： | 应用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）检测了139例慢性肝病患者及30例正常对照血清Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原含量。结果发现，在慢迁肝、慢活肝及肝硬化各组其含量逐渐上升，Ⅰ型胶原及Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原比值能更好地反映肝纤维化程度。相关性分析表明二者与反映肝细胞损伤指标均不相关。提示Ⅰ型胶原及Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原比值是判定肝纤维化状况的较可靠指标。

| Abstract: | Serum levels of types Ⅰ and Ⅲ collagen were determined in 139 patients with chronic liver disease and 30 normal controls with enzymelinked immunoassay. The results showed that the level of serum type Ⅰ collagen and type Ⅰ /Ⅲincreased significantly in all groups of CPH, CAH and LC compared with NC group(P＜0. 05). Both of them were not related to the stat3 of liver inflammation. It is indicated that type Ⅰ collagen and type Ⅰ / Ⅲ may be better means to reflect the severity of liver fibrosis. |
