| Abstract: | By consulting the path and mode of diversified property right in state-owned enterprise reform and public utility reform,the strategies and measures of implementing diversification of property right of rural highway construction are discussed in order to improve the reform of property right diversification of public infrastructure and heighten the economic and social benefit. |
