| 摘 要： | 为应对新形势下频繁发生的公路自然灾害,增强公路网的抗灾能力,分析总结了现有公路抗灾工作中存在的问题,针对性地从应急管理制度、应急组织机构、灾害信息管理、应急物资保障、应急社会联动等方面进行了公路抗灾应急机制的研究,提出了有效可行的公路应急管理工作流程。
