汽车排气消声器的消声性能研究

摘    要:建立某汽车排气消声器的声学分析模型,采用有限元法和边界元法对排气消声器的传递损失进行了仿真分析和试验测试.试验结果与仿真结果能较好吻合,表明排气消声器的仿真模型很好地反映了实际结构的声学特性.根据研究结果提出改进方案,取得了较好的效果.

Abstract:The acoustic analysis model for an automotive exhaust muffler is built,and the transmission loss of exhaust muffler is measured by test and also simulated by using both FEM and BEM.Simulation results quite coincide with test ones,showing that the simulation model well reflects the acoustic characteristics of the real structure of exhaust muffler.An improvement scheme is proposed based on the results of study with good effects acquired.
