马鞍山长江大桥中塔深水钢吊箱兼钻孔平台设计与施工

摘    要:马鞍山长江公路大桥左汊悬索桥中塔基础双壁钢吊箱兼做钻孔平台,集钢护筒插打定位、导向、钻孔作业平台及承台施工围水、实现水下干施工环境等多种功能于一体;可根据施工水位依靠双壁吊箱自身浮力上下浮动,并支撑于桩基护筒相应位置。文章重点介绍吊箱平台的设计特点、原理、方法及施工工艺。

Abstract:The middle tower double-arm steel boxed cofferdam is used in the suspension bridge of left branch channels of Maanshan Yangtze river highway bridge foundation, concurrently used as boring platform. The cofferdam satisfies functions of driving and guiding of the steel casings,supporting of the boring platform,using as water retaining structure during construction of the pile cap,realizing dry construction environment under water and so no. The cofferdam floating relies on it's own buoyancy according to the water level of construction,and is supported by pile foundation steel casing. The paper especially introduces the design characteristics,principle,methods and construction of the steel cofferdam.
