摘    要:我国每年对标线涂料的需求量超过32万t,其质量优劣是保障交通标线功能正常发挥的关键,因此需要研究建立一种判断标线涂料的功能与成本相匹配的评价方法。通过比选,采用价值工程法,对标线的经济价值进行分析评价。研究选择4种具有代表性的标线涂料作为价值工程对象,并对选择对象进行功能分析。从功能现实成本、寿命周期成本进行成本分析,在此基础上确定功能重要度系数与成本系数,并计算价值系数,进行功能评价,选择功能与成本匹配性最佳的道路标线涂料。

Abstract:Over 320,000 tons of road marking paint are needed in China every year. Marking paint is the key material that keep road marking working efficiently. It is necessary to set up a method to judge whether the function of road marking paint match its cost or not,and the road construction or maintenance units could select suitable marking paint depending on the method. Value engineering (VE)method is set up to analyze and evaluate the economic value of marking paint. Four representative marking paints are selected as the objects of VE. And the functional analysis is also carried out.The cost analysis is separated into two aspects:real function cost analysis,and life cycle cost analysis. After this, the functional importance coefficient, the cost coefficient, and the value coefficient are determined. The functional evaluation of road marking paint is carded out to select the most suitable marking paint.
