悬挂式单轨轨道梁结构参数优化方案及分析

摘    要:悬挂式单轨已取得一定应用,但对轨道梁结构设计参数取值缺乏系统性研究。对悬挂式单轨系统轨道梁的结构进行探索性设计和计算分析,在能满足各评定标准的基础上,研究轨道梁的合理跨度、梁板厚度和加劲肋间距等参数的敏感性,分析轨道梁的稳定性、应力、变形。研究不同跨度、梁板厚度及加劲肋间距对轨道梁强度、变形及用钢量的影响规律,从而为轨道梁的优化设计提供方案。

Abstract:Suspension monorails have been employed in certain applications; however, there are no systematic studies on the design parameters of the track beam. In this study, the structure of a suspension monorail system track beam is designed and calculated. On the basis of satisfying various evaluation criteria, the sensitivity of various parameters is investigated, such as span of track beam, thickness of beam slab, and stiffener spacing; further, the stability, stress, and deformation of the track beam are analyzed. By studying the influence of different spans, beam slab thicknesses, and stiffening rib spacings on the strength, deformation, and amount of steel, an optimal design solution of the track beam can be obtained.
