| Abstract: | Teachers' moral is the soul of education.To enforce the teachers' moral quality is the necessary demand for higher vocational and technical colleges to construct a satisfactory teaching staff team and to satisfy people in education.This paper discusses the basic characteristics of teachers' moral construction,the basic principles to construction teachers' moral specification and the main channels to improve teachers' moral standard. |
