摘 要: | 从国家空域系统角度出发,考虑因突发扰动导致部分空域容量受限的情况,以国家空域系统内所有航空器总延误最小为目标函数,建立一种基于多物流网络的空中交通流量管理模型,并采用对偶分解算法对模型求解.通过实例仿真验证此方法的实用性和有效性.

Abstract: | From the angle of national airspace systems,this paper firstly considers the case of airspace capacity constraints caused by disturbance.Then setting the total minimum delay of all aircrafts as the objective function,air traffic flow management model based on multi-commodity network is established.Dual decomposition algorithm is used for solving the model.Finally,a practical simulation example is given to verify the feasibility and efficiency of the method. |
