摘    要:以船舶齿轮为对象,研究了其接触与润滑特性问题.应用MATLAB软件采用数值计算方法计算与分析了一个啮合周期中啮合线上的综合曲率半径、载荷与Hertz接触应力的变化情况.采用多重网格算法计算了啮入点、节点与啮出点的稳态线接触弹流动力润滑参数,得出了压力与膜厚的分布情况及变化趋势.研究结果表明:在整个啮合过程中,齿副由双齿啮合区突变到单齿啮合区时瞬间接触压力最大,齿副在啮入区开始与啮出区结束处的油膜压力相对较小;齿轮啮合线上,在齿副啮出口处润滑油膜都存在明显的第二压力峰值.

Study on Contact and Lubrication Characteristics of Marine Gear

Abstract:The contact and lubrication properties of gears on aboard were studied in this paper,and comprehensive radius of curvature,load and Hertz contact stress change in a meshing engagement period were calculated and analyzed by using software Matlab.Based on the study above,the point of inlet and outlet pitch parameters of steady-state isothermal Elastrohydrodynamic lubrication (EHL) were calculated by adopting the multi-grid method,consequently the distribution condition and changing trend of the pressure and film thickness were acquired.The conclusions of study show that the greatest pressure will be obtained when the contact point changes immediately form double tooth meshing area mutations to the single tooth meshing area,when the contact points are in the beginning and the end of contact line oil film pressure were the smallest,and the second pressure peak of lubrication oil film will appear in the gear contact line.
