民船机舱标准化设计应用

以常规民船项目为试验平台，选取技术含量较高和设计难度较大的机舱区域作为试验对象，突破产品标准化限制，从主体结构设计、关键系统布置方案设计、功能性舱室设计、简单设备型式设计和单元模块设计等方面入手，进行标准化设计探索，并进行实船验证。研究表明，方法类的标准化设计可快速解决船型间的共性问题，使设计简单化，效率和质量显著提升。

Application of Civil Ship Engine Room Standardization Design

With the conventional civil projects as the test platform, the engine room area with higher technical content and bigger design difficulty is selected as the test object to break through the product standardization limitation. Started with the main structure design, key system arrangement scheme design, functional compartment design, simple equipment type design, and unit module design, the standardization design exploration is undertaken, and actual ship verification is conducted. The research shows that the method-type standardization design can quickly solve the common problems among ship types, simplify the design, and improve the efficiency and quality significantly.
