| 摘 要： | 对集装箱船舶内纵壁与肋板角焊缝产生贯穿延续性裂纹的原因进行了分析,通过现场验证和无损探伤试验,验证了原因分析的正确性.经过调整现场施工操作及改进,最终避免了角焊缝裂纹的产生.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the reasons of the cracks inside the container ship longitudinal wall through continuity with the rib of voids weld. Through on-site validation and nondestructive testing, it verifies the correctness of the analysis of the causes. And ultimately it avoids the fillet weld cracks through adjusting the site operation and improvement. |
