| Abstract: | This thesis analyzes the shortage of existing model for assessment of ship general performance. It needs to determine evaluation index system for the main performance of ship in a more scientific, reasonable and practical way. The thesis expresses the application of expert scoring method on determining the evaluation index and its weight. With the help of this method, a suggested version of the main performance evaluation index and its weight of bulk carrier are initially determined |
