船舶铁舾设备座架的设计

摘    要:以30.8万吨油轮的铁舾生产设计为研究对象,结合材料力学的相关知识,根据设备机架的形式,分别分析和探讨提高座架设计质量的措施.主要设计建议包括:座架设计不可动摇的规则是直接支承;二力腹板的安装位置尽可能地保证其到座架面板两端的距离为0.207倍面板长度;长度较长的悬吊框架的设计推荐采用桁架形式.

The Design of Device Set in Shipping Outfitting

Abstract:Based on the design of 30.8WD VLCC, this paper analyzes and discusses the improvement of the design quality according to the set form of the device and combining with relative knowledge. Suggestions in this design include that the design rule to be followed is supporting straight, the fixing place of two-power panel should satisfy distance requirement that is the distance between panel and ends of set's plate is 0.207 times of the length of plate and big suspensor frames are recommended to adopt truss type.
