| 摘 要： | 舰船退役是舰船装备生命周期的最后阶段，回收拆解是退役舰船处理的主要方式。通过分析退役舰船回收处理的主要方法、回收拆解基本流程和主要技术要求，研究了退役舰船回收拆解单位资质评估问题，采用模糊综合评判法建立了退役舰船回收拆解单位资质评估模型，通过专家组对某大型退役舰船回收拆解单位资质的评价，对模型进行了仿真，给出了仿真结果，验证了模型的可行性，为退役舰船回收处理问题研究提供了一定的借鉴。

| Abstract: | The retired time is the last lap of naval ship. Recovery and dismantling is the main ways of disposing naval retired ship. By analyzing the principal methods of disposing naval retired ship, the basic flow of recovery and dismantling, and the key technical requirements, it studies the problem of recovery and dismantling qualification evaluation of naval retired ship scrapping industry. The evaluation model is established based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The experts mark a naval retired ship scrapping industry. The model proposed in this paper is simulated and gives the result. The result of the simulation indicates that the model is effective and reliable. It has instructive meaning for warship defense in the future. |
