摘 要: | 我国多数交通科技型企业自事业单位转制以来,其人力资源激励方面的问题并没有得到有效解决.鉴于此,在全面总结交通科技型企业人力资源特点的基础上,着重分析现阶段交通科技型企业人力资源激励存在的主要问题,并提出有针对性的改进建议,以提高人力资源管理水平.

Abstract: | Since most of transportation researching enterprises transformed from former public institu- tions, the problems on human-resources have not been solved. Given this, on the basis of summarizing the characteristics of human-resource in transportation researching enterprises, this paper focuses on the main problems of human-resource exciting in this kind of enterprises, and proposes some suggestions to improve human-resource management. |
