平原地区公路的建设与环境保护

随着我国经济的迅猛发展,公路建设也获得了突飞猛进的发展.公路的建设虽然在很大程度上促进了地方经济的发展及人民生活水平的提高,但与此同时在公路修建的过程中也对当地的环境及人们的生活造成了不利的影响.重点分析公路施工与营运过程中产生的环境问题及施工期和营运期环境保护措施,对公路建设环保具有指导意义.

Highway Construction and Environmental Protection in Plain Region

With the rapid development of China＇s economy, the highway construction has advanced by leaps and bounds. Although the highway construction promotes the development of local economy and improves the living standards of people in a large part, at the same time it has made adverse effects on local environment and people＇s life in the process of the highway construction. This article analyses the environmental problems had in the process of plain highway construction and proposes certain environmental protective measures, which is instructive for highway environment protection.
