FEM/BEM在轮胎振动和噪声特性分析中的应用

摘    要:基于ABAQUS和SYSNOISE程序,给出了分析轮胎振动和噪声特性的有限元和边界元模型及完整方法(FEM/BEM),并以此模型和方法对某半钢子午胎进行了模态分析,计算其在激励作用下的辐射声场.计算结果表明,只要有通过试验获得的轮胎在滚动过程中所受到的真实激励谱,利用本文的方法即可对轮胎的振动噪声进行预报.

Abstract:Basod on ABAQUS and SYSNOISE software,the FEM/BEM model and its complete method is given in the paper.And with the model and the method,modal analysis of a semi-steel radial tire is done,and radiation sound field under excitation is calculated.Calculation results indicate that tire vibration and noise can be predicted with actual excitation spectrum from tests according to the method presented in the paper.
