| 摘 要： | 在国家示范性高等职业院校建设计划中，高水平的专兼结合的专业教学团队建设是一项非常重要的任务，教育部已启动了国家级教学团队的评审工作。从分析高职院校专业教学团队的特征出发，提出了专业教学团队建设的策略，并对由于教学团队的建设引发的结构重组提出了思考。

| Abstract: | As an important task stated in the plan for constructing national model vocational college, a high - level specialty teaching team composed of both full - time and part - time lecturers is required. The Ministry of Education has started to evaluate state - level specialty teaching teams. With an analysis of the characteristics of specialty teaching team of higher vocational colleges, the paper puts forward strategies for the building of specialty teaching team. Issues of organization reconstruction arising from the building of specialty teaching team are also discussed. |
