| 摘 要： | 对钻孔废弃泥浆诱发的环境问题进行了分析调查，对国内外废弃泥浆的管理要求进行了调研，分析了废弃泥浆污染事故时有发生的原因，提出应在建设项目环境影响评价中明确废弃泥浆的处理措施、开发废弃泥浆的现场处理技术、政府相关部门应加强对工程施工的监管力度。

| Abstract: | Analysing and investigating the environmental problems caused by waste drilling fluids and studying the managerial requirements of waste drilling fluids at home and abroad, this articles analysed the reasons of pollution accidents and proposed that treatments of waste drilling fluids should be showed in the Environmental Impact Assessment of construction projects, on-the-spot treatment technology should be developed and the government should strengthen the supervision to constructions. |
