水泥稳定碎石基层施工方案合理性研究

摘    要:沥青路面水泥稳定碎石基层施工质量是影响路面使用寿命的重要因素。运用 kenpave 软件,以7、14 d龄期材料性能为输入参数,对养生龄期不同时实际施工车辆荷载引起的水泥稳定碎石层层底拉应力进行了计算。同时,采用单一变量的方法系统分析了路面结构层厚度、材料抗压回弹模量、荷载及施工方案对层底最大拉应力的影响。然后通过水泥稳定碎石基层层底拉应力与材料的弯拉强度的对比,研究了不同水泥稳定碎石基层施工方案合理性。

Abstract:The construction quality of cement stabilized macadam base has an important impact on the service life of the road.This article firstly take the material properties at the curing ages of 7 days and 14 days as input parameters and use kenpave software to calculate the tensile stress of the cement stabi-lized macadam layer bottom with different curing ages.Meanwhile,the impact of layers’thicknesses, material compression modulus,load and construction program on the maximum tensile stress of the ce-ment stabilized macadam layer bottom is systematically analyzed with the method of changing a single fac-tor.Then the reasonableness of different construction programs of cement stabilized macadam base is re-searched by comparing the tensile stress of layer bottom and the material flexural-tensile strength.
