多聚磷酸与SBS复合改性沥青改性工艺研究

摘    要:研究了多聚磷酸(PPA)掺量、发育温度、发育时间、PPA添加顺序对多聚磷酸与SBS聚合物复合改性沥青改性性能和储存稳定性的影响。根据本文的研究结果,推荐PPA与SBS复合改性沥青的最佳PPA掺量为0.5%-1.0%,最佳发育温度为170℃。在生产PPA与SBS复合改性沥青时,首先应加入SBS改性剂,待SBS溶胀后再加入PPA,如此复合改性沥青可获得较好的使用性能和储存稳定性。

Abstract:this paper studies the multiple polyphosphoric acid (PPA), development temperature, development time,dosage of PPA added order of polyphosphorie acid and SBS polymer composite modi- fied asphalt modified performance and storage stability. According to th.e results, recommend the best PPA PPA and SBS composite modified asphalt content of 0.5% to 1.0% ,the best temperature is 170℃. In the production of PPA and SBS composite modified asphalt,should first join the SBS modifier,after waiting for SBS swelling add PPA, so the compound modified asphalt can obtain better performance and storage stability.
