桥面环氧覆层路用性能及加铺技术研究

摘    要:以抗拉强度、伸长率、弹性模量为指标,研究不同种类固化剂对弹性环氧胶黏剂性能的影响,并选取3组固化剂复配的环氧体系进行综合性能测试,对环氧胶黏剂配方进行优化;同时,以洛杉矶磨耗值、磨光值为指标,对骨料进行选择,并从环氧胶黏剂固化产物性能、骨料级配及性能、环氧覆层路用性能方面,对桥面环氧覆层性能进行综合测试。最后,结合工程实际,针对环氧覆层铺装制定相应的施工工艺。研究表明,不同固化剂组合在性能方面会有区别,将自制的改性胺类与韧性酚醛胺复合后,其固化性能较好;同时,作为环氧覆层铺装集料,金刚砂、玄武岩、花岗岩碎石较为适合,而河砂的耐磨性能差。研究可为桥面环氧覆层应用提供一定参考。

Abstract:with tensile strength, elongation, elastic modulus as indicators, Different types of curing agents impact on the elastic properties of the epoxy adhesives were studied. And three groups of curing agent epoxy system were selected for comprehensive performance tests, formulation of epoxy adhesives was optimized; with Los angeles abrasion value and polished value as indexes, aggregate was selected, and performance of bridge deck epoxy coating were took comprehensive test from curing epoxy adhesives products performance, grading of aggregate and road performance of epoxy coating, Finally, the corresponding construction technology of the epoxy coating was formulated, researches show that the mechanical properties of different curing agent system have obvious differences, comprehensive performances of cu- ring system, which compound with self-made modified amine and tenacity phenolic aldehyde amine is the best. Except river sand, carborundum,basalt, granite rock were applicable to epoxy coating overlay with good wear-resisting performance. Research can be provided certain reference for application of bridge deck epoxy coating.
