高速公路大修工程路面施工方案优化设计

摘    要:研究结合京港澳国家高速公路(G4)湖南省耒阳至宜章段大修工程,基于长寿命高速公路设计理念,通过合理的计算,对原路面不同路面结构分别提出不同的加铺方案,并在大修过程中,根据现场实际情况,对施工方案进行优化设计。通过旧连续配筋混凝土路面结构及钢筋间距调整、旧沥青路面处治措施优化、层问处治措施优化、沥青混合料路用性能优化以及桥头调坡段施工方案优化,能够保证大修工程质量。研究结果可供同行参考。

Abstract:Aiming at the seepage phenomenon of leiyi-yizhang section of Beijing Hong Kong and Macao national highway(G4) in Hunan province, Based on long-life expressway design and reasonable calculation, different overlay programs were put forward from different pavement structures of the original expressway. During heave maintenance construction, the construction plans were designed optimally ac- cording to the actual situation. Studies show that, the quality of repair works can be ensured by optimi- zing the construction program, such as adjustment of old continuous reinforcement pavement structure and reinforced concrete pitch, optimization of old asphalt pavement treatment measures, optimization of bond- ing layers treatment measures, asphalt pavement performance optimization and optimization of slope ad- justment section in bridge construction. The results can be available for peer reference.
