摘    要:针对对某高速公路工程 A1标1号桥 Y12#梁(30 m小箱梁)单片预制梁板进行了静载试验,主要是测试预制梁在各级试验荷载作用下结构的工作性能,包括变形(挠度)、应变(应力),并对裂缝进行观测,将所测梁体挠度值和梁体开裂现象,与该预制预应力混凝土小箱梁的理论计算值进行比较和分析,并对照公路钢筋混凝土及预应力混凝土桥涵设计规范,验证该预制预应力混凝土小箱梁设计的正确性和先进性。

Abstract:A static test of monolithic precast girder,a 30m boxed girder,was made in a certain expressway engineering.In the test,the working performance,deflection and stress,of the precast girder were both tested at different load effect levels,and the crack was also observed.Then comparing the the-oretical calculating value of the prestressed concrete girder with phenomena of the tested deflection value and the structure cracks,the correctness and the advancement of the prestressed concrete girder are both proved by comparing with the design specification of the ferroconcrete and the code for design of pres-tressed concrete bridge and culvert.
