内源性哇巴因在大鼠体内的免疫组织化学定位研究

目的　探讨内源性哇巴因 (Endogenous ouabain,EO)在 SD大鼠体内的组织学定位。方法　采用高度特异的抗哇巴因兔血清 ,用免疫组织化学 ABC法观察 EO在大鼠体内的分布。结果　免疫组化染色显示在 SD大鼠的肾上腺皮质内侧网状带可以观察到丰富的哇巴因免疫反应阳性物质 ,垂体后叶有较弱的哇巴因免疫反应阳性物质 ,而下丘脑、肾脏、心肌等组织中并未发现有哇巴因免疫反应阳性物质存在。结论　表明 EO主要存在于 SD大鼠肾上腺皮质网状带 ,为 EO作为一种新的肾上腺皮质激素提供了形态学依据

Immunocytochemical localization of endogenous ouabain in the tissues of SD rats

Objective To observe the localization of endogenous ouabain(EO) in the some tissues of SD rats.Methods Immunohistochemical ABC method was used with a high specify rabbit antiserum against ouabain.Results Ouabain like immunoreactivities (OLI) were observed in the inner zone of adrenal cortex,known as the zone reticularis.The low level of OLI could be found in the posterior pituitary of SD rat, and no OLI in the hypothalamus, kidney, cardiac muscle and artery.Conclusion OLI were located in the zone reticularis of rat adrenal cortex.This morphological evidence supports that EO is a novel adrenocortical steroid hormone.
