| 摘 要： | 传统国有企业内部绩效考核体系存在考核内容缺乏系统性、人为因素干扰过多等弊病、文中根据公路行业性质和国有公路施工企业的经营特点，说明了涵盖项目经营考核及年度经营考核的公路施工企业经营绩效考核体系，阐述了针对不同目标对象的考核指标构成和方法。

| Abstract: | The inner performance assessment system of traditional nation owned enterprise is not systematic, and there are much intervention from outside.This paper illustrates business performance assessment system of highway construction enterprise, consisting of project performance assessment and overall annual business performance assessment. And more, the constitution of assessment indexes and methods are also stated. |
