大体积混凝土温控研究与分析

摘    要:结合张花高速公路三角岩大桥1 830 m3大体积混凝土承台施工,研究大体积混凝土内外温度随时间的变化情况,分析温度裂纹形成内因,总结混凝土水化热的影响因素和大体积混凝土内外温差控制措施,并将其应用于实际施工,通过现场数据采集和检测证明此温控措施的合理性,达到大体积混凝土外美内实的目的.

Abstract:The bridge of Sanjiaoyan in Zhangjiajie to Huayuan highway is 1 830 m3 big physical volume concrete pile caps,the author studies the temperature change of the inner and outer big volume concrete,and analysis the inner reason of the formation of temperature crack.This paper summarized the impact element of hydration heat and the control measure of the temperature difference between the inner and outer big volume concrete,then used it in the construction.Through site data collection and monitoring reasonability of this temperature control measure,this paper finally aims at find out a way to make the big volume concrete in good quality and utility.
