橡胶水泥混凝土力学特征及降噪性能研究

摘    要:为研究橡胶水泥混凝土的力学特性与降噪性能,对橡胶水泥混凝土的模量和强度指标与胶粉掺量、颗粒大小的关系展开试验分析,并基于复合材料微分法计算比较了橡胶水泥混凝土的弹性模量指标;对试验路进行噪声测试,研究橡胶水泥混凝土路面的降噪效果.结果表明:橡胶水泥混凝土的弹性模量及抗压强度随胶粉掺量的增大而减小,抗弯拉强度先增大后减小;胶粉颗粒越大,橡胶水泥混凝土的模量越大,但下降趋势越明显,抗弯拉及抗压强度随橡胶颗粒增大而较小,得出掺量为0.024体积分数,40目颗粒大小较为合适;在高速行车时,橡胶水泥的降噪性能较为显著.

Abstract:In order to research mechanical properties and noise reduction performance of rubberized concrete,the indexes such as elastic modulus,strength index were researched with different admixture amounts and particle size based on test analysis,and elastic modulus was computational researched based on differential method.The noise reduction effect of test section was evaluated by noise testing.The results of the study show that the elastic modulus and compressive strength of rubberized concrete were decreased with the increase of rubber powder content,and flexural tensile strength of concrete increases at first then decreases; the rubberized concrete elastic modulus was increase with the size of rubber particles,and the larger the dimension of the rubber powder,the greater the decline of rubberized concrete elastic modulus was observed.Compressive strength and flexural tensile strength were decreased with the increase of the rubber particles size,test results show that the rubber powder volume contents of 0.024 and 40 mesh would applicable; the noise reduction effect of rubberized concrete pavement was obviously improved with high speed driving.
