酉水大桥引桥T梁制、架和主桥悬灌同时施工的工艺研究

摘    要:以湖南省张花高速酉水河大桥4 ×40 +80+ 145 +80 m预应力混凝土连续T梁和斜高墩大跨径预应力混凝土连续梁桥桥为工程背景,引桥40mT梁和主桥18个悬臂节块同时施工,引桥40mT梁制、架先于主桥完工,根据酉水大桥4#交接墩墩身高度达57 m、直线段长度为6.5m及直线段混凝土方量为106.85 m3等特点,在架设完成的40 m T梁上布置贝雷片吊架作为施工4#交接墩边跨直线段的主要施工设备,直线段施工完成后边跨进行合龙,简述吊架构造,介绍边跨现浇段吊架施工工艺和边跨合龙张拉等关键工序,对同类桥梁加快工程施工进度和节约投资有重要指导意义.

Abstract:taking Hunan Province Zhang Hua high-speed Youshui River Bridge 4 × 40 + 80 + 145+ 80 m prestressed concrete continuous T beam and the oblique pier and long-span prestressed concrete continuous beam Qiao Qiao as engineering background,the bridge 40 m T beam and the 18 cantilever segmental construction at the same time,the approach of 40 mT beam,frame before the main bridge is completed,according to the 4# handover Youshui bridge pier the height is 57 m,length is 6.5 m and line segment concrete side volume 106.85 m3 characteristics,main construction equipment layout Bailey bracket used as construction of 4# transfer pier side span straight line segments in 40 m T beam erection on the completion of construction,line segment after cross of closure,the suspension bracket structure,the side span cast-in-place section of pylon construction technology and side span closure tensioning key processes,to the similar bridge to speed up the construction progress and has an important significance in saving investment.
