| 摘 要： | 随着我国港口和城市建设的不断发展,在生态环境和资源利用方面,港城间的矛盾日益明显,如何协调两者之间的发展已成为目前迫切需要解决的课题.以大连市为例,从建立港城协调发展度模型人手,对港口与环境及资源之间协调的程度进行评判,从而为港口和城市的可持续发展提供决策依据.

| Abstract: | With the development of both port and urban construction in China,the contradiction between port and city in the aspect of ecological environment and natural resources is getting more and more prominent,so how to achieve the coordinated development between them has become a problem to be solved urgently at present.The model of coordinated development degree is established,and the evaluation on the degree to which the coordination between port and urban environment and resource has reached is conducted with Dalian City taken as an example,which can provide decision-making basis for guiding the sustainable development of both port and city. |
