摘    要:针对火炮随动系统维护的重要性,论文从检测火炮随动系统电机振动入手,应用小波变换理论对电机的运行状态进行处理和分析,进而通过诊断软件检测电机是否有故障,并找出电机运行时产生故障的位置和原因,达到对随动电机进行预知维修的目的,提高火炮系统作战能力.

Abstract:Aiming at the importance of gun servo system maintenance, the motor running status is analyzed based on wavelet transformation with detecting the motor vibration of gun servo system. Then it detects whether the motor has a fault by diagnosis software, and finds out the fault location and the reason during the motor working. At last, the purpose of pre- dictive maintenance of the motor in gun servo system is achieved, and the operational capability of gun system is improved.
