摘    要:
利用有限元软件ANSYS模拟分析制氢炉上、下猪尾管在操作工况下由内压和高温分别引起的变形及其应力分布,确定下猪尾管危险截面,找到导致其断裂的主要因素,并以此为依据对制氢炉炉尾管进行改进,让上猪尾管承担一定的应力.最后,对改进后的制氢炉结构进行设计强度校核,以确保制氢炉长周期安全运行.

Abstract:
Using a finite element software ANSYS to imitate and analyze the high/down pigtail tube of the hydrogen stove under the operational work condition of the transfigmation and stress that are caused respectively by the internal press and high temperature, this paper located the dangerous section of pigtail, found out main factors that cause its fracture, and took this as a basis to carry on an improvement, let the high pigtail tube undertake certain stress. Finally, the strength of the improved hydrogen stove was tested and revised in design to ensure a long-term safety operation.
