摘    要:以铝板作为电极板,NaCl为电解质,用电絮凝-气浮法进行铬黑T模拟染料废水的脱色实验研究。主要考察了极板间距、电解时间、电解质的浓度、电流密度和pH值等因素对染料废水脱色率和单位能耗的影响。实验结果表明,在极板间距为2.5cm,NaCl浓度为1.00g·L^-1,电流密度为5mA·cm^-2,pH为5.5的条件下,经过10min的电解,模拟染料废水的色度由1000倍降低为20倍,脱色率达98%,单位能耗为2.76kWh·kg^-1。

Abstract:Adopting aluminum as an electrode plate, NaCl as the supporting electrolyte, the paper studies electro-coagulation-floatation method degradation of Eriochrome Black T simulated dye wastewater. Various influence factors on the degradation effect, such as spacing of polar plate, electrolysis time, concentration of electrolyte, electricity density and pH-value of solution are examined. The results show if space of polar plate is 2. 5 cm, concentration of NaCI is 1.00 g·L^-1 , electricity density is 5 mA ·cm^-2, pH-value of solution is 5.5, the color of the simulated dye wastewater decreases by 1 000 times to 20 times, the discolorations rate can be up to 98%, unit energy consumption is 2.76 kW·h^-1 ·kg^-1.
