摘    要:本实验采用高胆固醇及低蛋白两种致石食物诱发豚鼠形成胆结石,8周后成石率均为100%;在致石食物中加入维生素C,成石率分别降至16.7%和52.9%并通过对动物胆石的细微结构观察和成份分析,肝脏、胆囊的亚微及超微结构的变化以及胆汁结合胆汁酸量及其组成的观测,探讨饮食成份改变诱发豚鼠胆结石及维生素C防止胆石形成的机制。

Abstract:Two different diets(high cholesterol and low protein) were used to induce gallstone formation in guinea pigs. After the guinea pigs had been fed on lithogenie diets for 8 weeks, the rate of gallstone formation was 100% in both groups. However, when ascorbic acid was added in the diets, the rate of gallstone formation was reduced to 16.7% and 52,9% respectively. The mechanism of gallstone formation was explored through observing the effect of animals diet change on gallstone formation and the effect of ascorbic acid on gallstone prevention. At the same time, the micro-structure observation and the component analysis of gallstone, the change of ultrastructure of the liver and gallbladder, and the quantitative analysis of conjugated bile acids of biles were condueted.
