| Abstract: | The development and application of metallic band type continuously variable automatic transmission technology is explicated in this paper. The structure and working principle is introduced and comparatively analysis of several features such as performance, transmitting efficiency, reliability, service life and cost, etc is made. Then trend of future development is predicted. |
