摘    要:针对230单缸机进进Pe=3.0MPa工作过程组织的研究.采用高压缩比、低压力升高比的工作过程组织方式,通过工作过程计算、油气室匹配三维CFD计算、多方案对比试验等多种研究手段对工作过程影响参数进行分析研究,并在230单缸机试验中得到了和计算分析相一致的结果:230单缸机上达到了预期的性能指标,实现了近似定压过程,压力升高比控制在1.3.

Abstract:The organization of high mean effective pressure working cycle of diesel engine was discussed on the 230 single cylinder engines. The approximate constant pressure cycle was realized,applying the reasonable fuel injection system,combustion chamber construction and cycle parameters. Test results showed the effective pressure of engine arrived 3.0 MPa and the pressure increment ratio (Pmax/Pc) was about 1.3.
