摘 要: | 传统检查沥青路面压实度的方法通常是有损检测,并且只能评价压实后最终压实度。采用无核密度仪(PQI)不仅可以即时获得碾压过程中沥青路面的压实度,并且不会损伤路面。该文以采用PQI对某工程沥青路面试验段摊铺进行密度测定为实例,介绍了PQI的工作原理及其测定压实方案,经数据分析,从而判定其压实度,为实体工程的铺筑提供施工指导。

Abstract: | The traditional method to inspect the asphalt pavement compaction degree is usually the destructive inspection,and only evaluates the ultimate compaction degree after compacted.The use of non-nuclear density gauge can not only get the degree of compaction in the course of rolling the asphalt pavement,but also does not damage the pavement.Taking a test section of asphalt pavement by non-nuclear density gauge as a case,the article introduces the working principle of non-nuclear density gauge and its compaction inspecting scheme.The analysis of the data can determine its degree of compaction,which can provide the construction instruction for the pavement of the projects. |
