摘    要:介绍在重交通环境下广深高速公路太平立交至五点梅立交段(3.5km)、福永至鹤州段(2km)由原6车道扩建为10车道工程的全过程管理,在施工区域城镇化程度较高、影响因素较多的环境下进行施工,充分利用工程管理中对关键的技术问题进行合理、有效地控制和优化处理,较好地处理施工过程的拆迁、协调工作,确保工程在安全、保质的前提下按期顺利完成扩建任务。

Abstract:After the heavy traffic environment of Guangshen Expressway Taiping interchange to five Mei interchange section(3.5km),Fuyong to crane state section(2km) by the original 6Lane expansion to 10 lanes project whole process management in the construction area,a higher level of urbanization,there are many factors influencing the environment construction,make full use of the engineering management of key technical problems were reasonable,effective control and optimization,better handling of construction process of demolition,coordination,ensure project safety,quality under the premise of the emergency task finish smoothly on schedule.
